Starting in the Summer of 2015, Joy came to BAL with a background in web and graphic design from Indiana University. She has lots of experience designing and managing websites and creating print and marketing materials over the years. When not in the office Joy spends her time being creative through crafting or web/design, at the gym, or traveling, camping and hiking with her husband.
